    Students will learn the major casino games; Blackjack, Baccarat, Roulette as well as the knowledge and skills required for Supervisors. Students will learn and improve their ability to be able to quickly become a supervisor once they start working at a casino or cruiseships. ​​

    Students may choose their desired course listed below:

    Blackjack course is mandatory for students to complete as the basic course. After completing Blackjack students will proceed to Baccarat and/or Roulette course. It is highly recommended to understand all three major games (and understand at least two games) in order to pass the dealer recruitment test. ​​

    ★In order to enroll for the Supervisor Course (3 months/11 weeks), you must make sure to complete the three gaming courses (Blackjack, Roulette and Baccarat). ​​

★ Regardless of the enrollment period, learn from Blackjack and proceed to Baccarat Roulette → Supervisor Course.
Transfering Students: full admission fee exemption

Enrollment fee for transferring students who studied at a different casino dealing school will be exempted.


Course Content

General, Core & Language Skills

All students will start from learning Blackjack, then Baccarat and/or Roulette and finally learn the supervisor course after completing all three game courses. All courses offer basic knowledge and skills and English classes.

  • The amount of total class hours are reasonable, and fully experienced foreign lecturers are in charge of teaching dealer skills that are world standard.
  • General & Core Skills and Language Skills as will be taught in each class.
  • All classes are conducted in English with an interpreter in each class.

  • Black Jack Course
    Black Jack Course
    Blackjack is the most popular card game in casino games. In this game, the casino dealer distributes playing cards to the player and himself, and the player with the total number of cards close to “21” wins.
  • Baccarat Course
    Baccarat Course
    Baccarat, like Blackjack, is a famous card game in the casino world. Where the banker plays against player's winning or losing prediction game, the last digit number "9" is the strongest. We aim to train dealers to be able to smoothly run this game.
  • Roulette Course
    Roulette Course
    Roulette was called the queen of the casino in its early form in France in the early 19th century. It is a casino game where a ball gets thrown into a spinning disk and hit the place where the ball falls. Learn roulette dealer skills and be able to deal games at casinos and cruise ships around the world.
  • Supervisor Course
    Supervisor Course
    Supervisors are senior dealers and are responsible for overseeing 4 to 8 tables. By cultivating the expertise and excellent customer service skills required to monitor dealers and players in charge, we will stabilize and speed up the path to high payers.

A casino dealer trained by IGS will be able to use the most advanced equipment with modern management functions built into the tables and the chips.


After graduating, play an active role in casinos around the world!

The casino facilities is predicted to open in Japan in the next five year or so. Until then, students will have the opportunity to work for overseas casino facilities and luxury cruise ships listed below.

Although IGS cannot guarantee international employment for every student, the school will assist the best they can. In other countries, dealers who worked abroad and then returned home to work in the casino industry in their own countries, were often considered for more advance and higher-level positions based upon the experience that they gained while working internationally.
